  • Paul McCartney & Wings with Denny Seiwell on drums, record the title track to the James Bond movie Live and Let Die which opens on 6/1/73.

Online Ordering Policy

 

 

We accept Visa, Discover, and MasterCard.

 

Credit card billing address must match the billing address of the customer placing the order.

 

Orders must be shipped to a street address.  Orders can't be shipped to a post office box.

 

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated for you and will be shown in your "shopping cart".

 

We can only ship to customers in the Continental United States.  We can't ship international orders.

 

Nevada residents will be charged state sales tax.

 

 

Return Policy

 

AffordableDrums.com offers a 14 day money back return policy (less shipping costs).  If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from AffordableDrums.com, simply e-mail us within 14 days of receipt to arrange the details of your return.  We will contact you to provide a Return Authorization number and appropriate return details for the particular product you are returning.

 

Please follow these guidelines for all returns:

  • Returns must be in original, undamaged, new condition.  This includes stick marks on any drum set drumheads.
  • Returns must include original packaging, warranty cards, and other included literature.  Please save all of your packaging (including the warranty card) until you are satisfied with your purchase.
  • If an item is returned used or incomplete, a 20% restocking fee will be taken off the credit amount.

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization, so please e-mail us FIRST to get a Return Authorization number.  Once we receive your returned product, your refund will be issued promptly.

 

 

Order Cancellation and Order Change Policy

 

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately.  We process orders once a day Monday through Friday.  Orders do not ship on weekends or Holidays.  Customer orders are processed at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET).  We routinely check e-mail prior to fulfilling orders.  Cancellations and changes can be made to your order prior to shipment.

We try to ship orders as promptly as possible.  Most orders placed before 6:00 p.m. ET ship the next day, excluding weekends and Holidays.  The time of day that you place your order determines how much time you have to cancel or change your order.

 

Examples:

If you place your order at 9:30 a.m. ET today, your order will be processed at 6:00 p.m. ET today.  You will have 8 and one half hours to contact us to notify of us of a cancellation or change to your order.

If you place your order after 6:00 p.m. ET today, your order may still be processed today to ship tomorrow.  Depending upon our customer order volume, an order placed after 6:00 p.m. ET today may be processed tomorrow at 6:00 p.m to ship the following day.

If you need to cancel or change your order, the above examples will help you determine how much time you have to do so.

If your order has already shipped, it must be handled as a Return.  See Return Policy above.

 

Damaged and Incorrect Shipment Policy

 

If your shipment arrives with visible damage, please file a claim with UPS (800-742-5877) and e-mail AffordableDrums.com within 48 hours.  We will then start the process for replacement of merchandise.  We will not replace any items until the UPS Inspector has been notified.

 

If you receive the wrong product, e-mail AffordableDrums.com as soon as you are aware of the mistake.  We will then start the process for returning the incorrect product and replacing it with the correct product.  If you ordered the wrong product, you will be responsible for the return shipping charge.  If we sent the wrong product, we are responsible for the return shipping charge.
